Warranty

Victoria Buckley has been designing and making precious jewellery for over 30 years. All of our jewellery is designed to last a lifetime and be handed down for generations.

We recommend the settings of high value gemstones are checked and serviced regularly. Your jewellery will gain character with wear over time and tell it’s own story, however should you like your ring restored or remodelled please book a consultation.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: Lockdowns and Closures in the Sydney CBD may affect our ability to safely receive parcels at our Castlereagh Street Studio, please check for updates before sending your jewellery.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved upon inspection, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for processing time of banks and finanical institutions, as refunds may take several days to appear in your account.

Who is Victoria Buckley and what are her design inspirations?

Victoria Buckley is an Australian designer who has been creating high end designer jewellery for over 30 years. Her detailled cocktail rings and pendants are engraved with intricate designs meticulously carved by hand. She is inspired by her clients to create pieces that are truly meaningful to them.

  • Where are your designs made?

All of our designs are made in our Sydney studio, located in Sydneys luxurious designer shopping precinct in the Bvlgari building.

  • What materials do you work with?

All materials used in Victoria Buckleys designs are made from the finest high grade ethically sourced gemstones and Australian fair traded gold.

Victoria works with all precious metals from Yellow, Rose and White gold as well as Platinum. Victoria also loves to work with rare and coloured precious gemstones, from Emeralds and Spinels, Rubies, Garnets, Tourmaline and Sapphires.

Diamonds are a specialty of Victoria Buckley, hand picking each and every diamond that is to be set into her exquisite rings. All of Victoria Buckley’s diamonds are D and E grade clarity.

  • What is the composition of your designs?

    All of Victoria Buckley’s designs are made from solid Australian gold with precious gemstones. We do not employ the use of plating, or silver filled jewellery, nor do we set anything other than authentic precious gemstones.

  • What are your design specialties?

Victoria Buckley designs often feature exceptional coloured gems in high carat gold . The jewels are often characterised by highly detailed hand engraving, and Victoria designs everything from enchanting rings, pendants, bangles, earrings, to precious gemstone necklaces and bracelets.

  • Can I have a bespoke or custom piece made with you? What is the turn around time?

Absolutely. Victoria Buckley is always in the process of creating new and exciting bespoke pieces for her clients. As long as the design is within the parameters of Victoria’s design aesthetic or as an alternative version to a design you have seen in store. The lead time can vary but is usually 12-14 weeks .

  • Where are you located?

Our boutique is located on the 5th floor of 64 Castlereagh Street, the Bvlgari Building, in the Sydney CBD. We are above Bulgari, on Castlereagh Street close to Chanel, Hermes and Dior, and opposite the MLC centre.

The closest train station is Martin Place.

  • I’ve purchased or I am considering purchasing a piece online or in store as a gift. What are you return policies?

If you or your gift receiver are not absolutely delighted with your purchase then please contact us within 7 days of receipt to organise the safe return of the item for an exchange, credit note or return. Please note that the item must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Can I purchase online if I am international?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide and offer tracking and insurance for safe delivery.
